What does free actually include?
Rating history across every storefront, release markers, and every review with all the filters — exactly what a paying customer sees. The only thing metered is replying: three replies, then you choose a plan.
Do I need an App Store Connect key to start?
Not for ratings. Reading and replying to reviews needs a key with the Customer Support role, which reaches the Ratings and Reviews page and nothing else — no financials, no builds.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the dashboard. Your rating history stays readable.
